Senior Adults

The Senior Adults were first organized as a group in the late 1970’s for the purpose of enjoying Christian fellowship together. It was suggested by the then pastor Marion Edwards that they could enjoy luncheons together, go on short out-of-town trips and shopping sprees, and discover ways of meeting each other’s needs. This group continues today although the name has progressed through several variations to now be called Senior Adults.

The purpose continues—providing Christian fellowship and activities for those members of the Park Avenue family who are 50 years of age or over. We would love for you to join us on our outings and/or in our planning sessions. We generally have an activity (lunch, dinner, attend a play, etc.) each month and a planning meeting once a quarter.

Come be a part of this exciting group!
